JMI Telescope Carrying Case for Meade LS-6 LS-8 and similar

The case includes Kryptane® wheels, a luggage-style retractable handle (for towing), two lockable latches, two steel-reinforced handles (for lifting), a 2" by 23" steel hinge and die-cut foam lining with compartments for telescope, eyepieces and accessories. It can be carried or pulled using the attached wheels. A protective pouch is included for the hand unit. An automatic-repositioning quick-release finder bracket is also included. This bracket allows the finder scope to be removed and placed in the carrying case without loosing positioning. Simply reinstall the finder with a single thumbscrew and you are ready to go. The case comes ready for the Meade LS-6 scope. Two strips of foam are easily removed to accommodate the Meade LS-8.

Outside dimensions of the case are approximately 27-1/4" x 20" x 18" and its empty weight is approximately 17.6 lbs. The shipping box is approximately 23-1/4" x 17-7/8" x 32-1/8" (FedEx Ground dimensional weight is 80 lbs.) and the shipping weight is approximately 23.0 lbs. All values are subject to slight changes.
